Energy Efficient Victorian Conservatories
We haven't forgotten the environment either. All Park Lane conservatories are built with energy-efficiency in mind using the very latest uPVC and glazing technologies.
Our advanced conservatory roof design complements the eco-friendly technology in Park Lane windows and doors. We don't just supply polycarbonate roofs, your Park Lane victorian conservatory roof can be supplied with environment-enhancing speciality glazing such as the following:
Energy-efficient Low-E insulating glass
High insulating glass
Self-cleaning conservatory roof glass
Tinted solar control glass
Solid roof options
The polycarbonate roof has been used in victorian conservatory design for many years and continues to be a popular choice, testament to how it excels at limiting heat loss. It comes supplied in sheets of 25mm and 35mm and can be enhanced even further when foil inserts are including in the covering. You can have it finished in bronze, opal or keep it completely clear.
There will be many occasions when you use your conservatory for relaxation purposes as it’s the perfect place to unwind and switch off, even more so if you have a glass roof that you can gaze up at the sky whilst you have your feet up in your favourite chair. We suspect that most people won’t want to clean their glass roof. You won’t have to if you choose to have a self-cleaning glass roof as it will keep itself maintained.
A solid roof gives your victorian conservatory a completely different look, it is constructed with a wooden timber frame, three layers of insulation, then externally finished with a wide range of light weight slate or tiles and internally plastered to a high level, this is our most energy efficient roofing option.
As some natural sunlight will disappear upon its installation, this can be overcome by including roof windows and spotlights.
A beautiful set of bi-folds can be the perfect finishing touch to your new victorian conservatory as no other door solution offers such never-ending elegance. The design utilises several individual doors which fold and slide with incredible ease to create an opening to your liking. When fully extended open you will have a completely unrestricted opening so that your garden almost becomes a part of the victorian conservatory itself.
At no stage will your conservatory feel squeezed for space even after a lengthy period of time utilising it when you have patio doors included in the design. Simply slide them open to bring down the barrier between your victorian conservatory and the outside world and make it feel as roomy as ever before. Even when locked shut, the light that transmits its way through the doors will create the illusion of additional space.
Home living doesn’t get any more extravagant than when you have a conservatory you can utilise on a regular basis, however, you can make it even more luxurious by including French doors in its design. The styling of a set of French doors really is a sight to behold and you’re sure to be charmed by that magnificent double opening.
